Stay up to date on our latest mindfulness programs
Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve. How do we create our programs? In partnership with others and especially those we serve.

Donate your favorite plant for the Garden Labyrinth
In this volunteer and community day, we invite neighbors and friends to bring one or more plants that are of significance to them, so that they become part of the Garden Labyrinth. Join us in this effort to bring green life back to Camp!
Plants should ideally be native or naturalized perennials. Seeds are accepted. Plants should be able to withstand some adverse conditions, we recommend hardy perennials for this reason. Herbs and pollinator-friendly plants are favored. If you have any questions about this, please email Julia at julia@thewell.world.
We will do our best to include your plant into our design. This promises to be a wonderful community day! Thank you for your participation.
If you are unable to attend this Sunday's Community Event but would still like to donate a plant, please fill out the survey below:
We'd Love to Hear from You
Many of our programs and practices started because someone reached out and expressed a need. What can we do to support you?
