Hour-long meditation sessions to slow down, be human, & connect to what is alive in & around us in this season of summer.

Summer Slowdown is a series of drop-in guided meditation sessions offered in-person at The Well on various Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings starting late June through July.
Summer Slowdown is born from the understanding that being human takes practice, and meditation is the practice of being human. This is an open invitation to slow down, be human, and connect to what is alive in and around us in this season of summer.
Meditation teacher and True Body Project facilitator Brooke Thomas will lead these gatherings, guiding practices in stillness, which ground us in the present moment, as well as practices in movement, which invite us to bring our practice and caring presence out into the world. We’ll explore themes of nature, belonging and loving-kindness. So, come as you are. Come when you can. Let’s BE human together!
All adults and levels of experience are welcome. Sessions will be held in-person at The Well.
