As the summer air chills and a new school year begins, we may find ourselves settling into new routines. Let us support you in this time of transition with resources to help you settle into a new or old practice, to bring together classrooms (and families!) for a moment of mindfulness and to reimagine what gathering can look like.
Try them out, share with a friend or loved one, let us know what is working best for you!

Mindful Music supports not only students but teachers and parents with access to the content beyond the classroom. Additionally, we have just added Mindful Music for Homeschool families.
