The Wellness Garden
The Wellness Garden by resident artist Julia O. Bianco needs you. Volunteer, donate, learn with us.
Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve. How do we create our programs? In partnership with others and especially those we serve.

Personal Growth
We believe having a personal or family mindfulness practice is essential to combat the day-to-day stress of life, heightened by our dependence on the digital world. We are listening to people like Tristan Harris and our best health care systems about mindfulness and health.
That is why we are bolstering the program to now support family mindfulness practices. Families of participating MMM schools have received access to weekly playlists and activities to experience Mindful Music at home. This family mindfulness practice might include listening together and answering prompts or identifying character strengths. Examples include, "How are we a brave family?" inspired by Copland’s Fanfare. Or "Would you want to go to outer space and why?" inspired by Williams' Star Wars Theme.
Here is a sample of a Parent communication from Mindful Music Moments.
We'd Love to Hear from You
Many of our programs and practices started because someone reached out and expressed a need. What can we do to support you?
