The Wellness Garden
The Wellness Garden by resident artist Julia O. Bianco needs you. Volunteer, donate, learn with us.
Imagine an entire school – students, teachers, and administrators – taking time each morning to turn inward together, and listen to a brief mindfulness prompt and world-class music.
The Well's programs combine best practices in arts and wellness and are designed in partnership with those they serve. How do we create our programs? In partnership with others and especially those we serve.

Can you believe it? How is it almost 2016 already?
There is no doubt that our contemporary world makes wild demands of us. It seems we have more things to do with less time to do it. That sure makes it easy to relinquish self care to the willing hands of Netflix, Facebook, Words with Friends, chardonnay, shopping, cheese, cheese and more cheese.
At the new year, we often wish to make HUGE changes to shift how we feel in our own skin. What if it isn't HUGE change we need? What if it is a reasonable, daily dose of mind-body connectedness? What if our VERY BEST SELF is sending us love notes and specific information about what our most genius moves should be via our pulse and we just need to listen?
Here is what we can offer you to help you get on your way. We have Private Sessions via Skype and/or in person to help you slow down and build a practice that suits you. We have four Sunday workshops in Cincinnati this January. We have loads of tools - from coin pendants to 30-Day Journals. Plus videos and mp3 files.
We have an ongoing invitation to join us for a City Silence gathering or to create your own. We are also bringing City Silence to schools and businesses. We want to make it easy for you to press pause.
Let's do this new year business together. Let's ground, center, orient, connect, breathe and nourish the heck out of ourselves so that when we come together, all that's left to do is laugh, love and serve others.
We'd Love to Hear from You
Many of our programs and practices started because someone reached out and expressed a need. What can we do to support you?
