Our ApproachThe Well is nourished by the non-profit organization A Mindful Moment. Our mission is to improve the mental and emotional well-being, connectedness, and effectiveness of all citizens through arts integration, mindfulness, music, movement, and healing-centered practices.

Program DetailsMy True SELF offers a "teach-the-teacher" program developed by The Well, designed to empower educators with a comprehensive, trauma-informed framework that nurtures student well-being.
Designed for all ability levels, Beyond Chair Yoga emphasizes posture awareness, gentle alignment, and supportive modifications.
We support educators in designing and implementing a calm corner or room.
Surviving or thriving? Having the right resources, skills, and support can help you shift in the right direction.
Take the stress out of your day by learning a few simple ways to regulate your entire being toward thriving.
Designed for curious and creative learners, this interdisciplinary workshop invites students to explore life’s big questions through the lens of either the cosmos or the natural world.
This workshop invites students to pause, reflect, and engage deeply with poetry.
Incubated with The On Being Project, Mindful Poetry Moments serves youth and adults during April for National Poetry Month and beyond.
Mindful Communications combines the science of wellbeing and communication needs within a workplace, higher education, or professional setting in a fun and experiential workshop for teens.
Paint & Meditate gently guides participants through a creative journey that blends meditation with intuitive painting
My True SELF (Social-Emotional Learning Fun): Mind-body programming to support the well-being of youth and adults alike.
Designed for both in-school and out-of-school settings, the program supports social-emotional development through an integrative model that blends mindfulness, movement, and expressive arts.
This professional development session is designed to support educators' well-being while deepening their understanding of student behavior and emotional regulation.
We will offer insights in moderating digital time online for human wellbeing and how leading with compassion brings about healing and transformation and unlocks great human potential.
