Our ApproachThe Well is nourished by the non-profit organization A Mindful Moment. Our mission is to improve the mental and emotional well-being, connectedness, and effectiveness of all citizens through arts integration, mindfulness, music, movement, and healing-centered practices.

My True SELF (Social-Emotional Learning Fun): Mind-body programming to support the well-being of youth and adults alike.
Human connection is so important to wellbeing. We love to work/play/dance/meditate/write/create in groups. Find your tribe and vibe with us.
Find your best self through both stillness and movement.
At The Well, our trainings and workshops reflect best practices in mind-body, somatic and healing arts practices. Which means YOUR lived experience is as important as anything else we cover.
Would you like to be guided into a sustainable mindfulness practice? The Well team will support you in private sessions until you find your own easeful stillness. Appointments available January 2024.
Incubated with The On Being Project, Mindful Poetry Moments serves youth and adults during April for National Poetry Month and beyond.
